| Tamara Baker Clowers | The daily soup is worth the drive -- we had the corn chowder the day we went. Wonderful, creamy and full of corn. They are known for the kraut burgers -- but thought the bread was dry. The filling is good, and extremely flavorful.

| mjan | That actually is originally called a Beirrock and it came from Germany and Austria. But it makes sense that you would find one at a German restaurant. Definitely delicious. The germans definitely know their food. | 3/26/2011 12:17:09 PM |

| Krautburgers are unique to Colorado, I think. It is bread dough filled with a mixture of cooked ground beef, onion, and chopped cabbage then baked. Good cold or hot and great to take along to sporting events as they are tidy and delicious. | 1/1/2011 11:12:24 PM |
