   Wow, was this place super cool.  Four us went for lunch on 12/31/11.  The fish spread was GREAT.  I had Mullet and my friend Mahi Mahi.  Both were very good.  I smelled the smoke on my hands for several days.  We brought fish spread home.  We added a bit of sweet relish and a spoonful of mayo, what a treat!  If you are in the area you MUST give it a shot!

   <span>This is a place you do not want to miss.  

   Great Cheeseburgers, warm German potato salad, and smoked fish spread Sandwich.  

   Great old time Root Beer.  

   Ted Peters looks rustic, with a lot of covered outside picknick tables. They do have inside dinning.  

   Ted Peters is not cheap, as everything is al a cart.  

   REMEMBER THAT TP DOES NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS - CASH ONLY.</span>

   I love their smoked mullet. The fish is split and eaten off scales. Smoked mullet is a west coast Florida favorite that you can buy from roadside smokers with usually good results. Ted Peters' is better.

   I have been eating at Ted Peters since 1969. It is old Florida style smoked fish done right. Also try the fish spread, hamburgers and German potato salad. Open air dining, lunch only and closed on Tuesdays.

   fish could be smoked longer still a little soft for me. gets a second star just due to the historical value
