This place was pretty good around the time of Guy's visit, but quickly took a turn for the worse. It is now closed.

What a joke. After reading the reviews, I still managed to talk my husband into going. Big fan of the show. Food is mediocre at best. We both had to settle on plain burgers because they were "out of" so many other good choices. Nothing special at all.....in fact, greatly disappointing.

We just finished an outstanding meal at Brewburgers. My dad and I ordered the Blue Jay Burger and the Cheesy Sacramento and split them in half so we each had a taste. Delicious! This place lives up to the hype on the show. Ask for the best waitress, Sarah.

I love the Triple D show, but sadly I must report that I ended up getting food poisoning from eating at this place.

Just ate at brewburger's and well...it was good, but not great. My husband had the old fashioned and he liked it but the meat was a bit fatty. I had the cheesy Sacramento and it was good, but again not great. Service was good, fries were good. The floors were greasy which was a little off putting however they played great music and great flat screens to see games. Would I go back again? Maybe. Would I recommend to a friend? Maybe. Off to the next triple D spot:-)

Went there on trip last week, at first hesitated because of the bad comments. Boy, am I glad we stopped! They were out of the old fashioned, but the fried pickles were great, the burger was really great, and my wife had the buffalo chicken sammich. It was very good. Glad we stopped!

Seems like no one has anything good to say about Brewburger's. Well I'll change that. Was my last DDD stop on my trip to Omaha, and was not as outstanding as some of the others, but was not bad at all. We got the cajun nachos and loved them. I am a big nacho fan, and there isn't too many places that have good nachos, but these are in my top 2. So that is big complement. The andouille sausage was what made it, and the alagator was good too. I also got the Blue Jay burger they featured on the show with the mushrooms and blue cheese. It was a good burger, not outstanding, but good. Our server was also excellent here, I don't think we had a bad server anywhere in the Omaha area. He was really personable and funny. Loved his comment when he brought the check "and now for the worse part of the meal". I'd go back for the cajun nachos alone.

Went there with friends and the place sucked, they were out of everything including Thousand island dressing and the burgers came out dry and burnt instead of medium rare.  We wont go back

VERY disappointed! Burger was burnt on the outside and dry. Gator was ok but cheese curds and pickles were a big disappointment. Our waitress was friendly after she realized we were there which took a bit. Will NOT go back!

No old fashion, big disappointment!  I guess the place has gone downhill since Guy was there.

Went to Brewburgers..truly disappointed..It makes me wonder about the rest of the places on the show.

Wow! What a disappointment! In town on business. Went over for the famous beef. Waitress tells us they are all out!!  On a sunday? In Omaha? Beef country?!! So we had the alligator, fried pickles and the cajun nachos.  Everything fried had that dark greasy look. The tell tale sign of old oil in the frier. Had the burgers, which were standard issue. Too bad, Guy usually is right on>

I don't know what happened I wish I had eaten there in 2009 when the reviews were good. But I have to agree with most of the 2010 and 11 reviews I would not go out of my way to eat there again. Poor service and average food

I agree Danobrew.  The brisket did not taste smoked and the bread is suppose to be a rye bread but it looked more a cheap thin sandwich bread.  The people we were with liked their burgers but it wasn't the "wow" type of food that you want to go back.   And yes, the service was not very good.  We had to ask for the sauce for the onion rings that they forgot and all the servers are in a slow gear.  You need to ask for another beer because they can't see that your glass is empty.

This place was ehhh ok.  The best part was the motorcyle ride there.  One of my friends had the blue cheese burger and she did not like it.  The alligator bites were ok.  To be honest, I don't even remember what I ate so it did not have great impact on me.

The brisket was smoked?? Maybe they shut down the smoking part of the cooking process in the winter. Tasted like super salty corned beef. Even the bread was a disappointment - thin and soggy. Our worst triple D visit so far.

ALLIGATOR? Yeah it is awesome! and the blue jay burger is amazing too. liked everything about the place. gotta try it if you are in the area.

The kamikaze wings were hot but not flaming. You can split between two different boneless wings so I also got the regular which anyone could handle. Burgers were good but fairly standard. I did not win the Sunday pull tab.

i had the blue jay burger and it was the best burger i've ever ate in my life!!! my mouth is watering just remembering it. I also had Parmesan fries and they were off the hook...the Alfredo sauce was so good and now that i know they make all their stuff from scratch it explains why it is soooooo good! YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

A low 1 it is debateable. 3 of us just got sick after leaving. Red Tobin has a better burger. Yuuuuck!!!

If you want weird gristley meat served in a filthy atmosphere by inattentive servers this is the place!

  • Posted by Local Yokel December 2009

Service is horrible. Waitress stood at the bar and yacked even the hostess pointed us out to her. Got up and left and will never go back. Had ate there once before. Food is nothing special.

Off the hook Dinner deals on Sunday!  Our Family was here for College World Series in 2009, stopped in, cause Guy said to, Received a Meal beyond expectations, and won a drawing for 50 cents per person for Dinner...Can't wait til 2010....

The Canadian style smoked brisket is bbetter than I have had in Montreal! The side pasta salad would make a great meal in itself. Nice people and good service.
