8 of us on a cruise stopped in when we docked in Boston. I had the Roast Beef Blues & it was some of the best food I had during the whole cruise! My wife had th Fresh from the Pot Corned Beef & really liked it. Others had a variety of sandwiches & everyone was very pleased. I remember good comments from those that had one with the rye bread. This was one of the best DDD places we have been!!!

Being an aspiring foodie myself, this little sub shop is amazing
! It's a hub-nub of business ao when you step up to the counter you best know what your getting! I ordered the asiago turkey, which was phenomenal! The turkey was anything but dry and the chipotle mayo gave it the perfect round of flavor! I would come again when visiting Boston.

I went to Boston on vacation last summer and went to Sam Lagrassa's. Literally it is the best sub I have ever tasted. I got the Roast Beef Blues and it was out of this world. Definately want to go back!! (: I would recommend this place to anyone that goes to Boston, you have to try it.

They are well known for their mile high extremely yummy sandwiches. Super fresh bread and tasty sides. You cannot eat a whole sandwich - at least I can't. My husband or co-workers are happy because I always share!

OK ... it'snot a diner, not a drive-in, and not a dive, but it does have the best Italian sandwiches inall of Boston. If you're in town, definitely stop by for a satisfying lunch. And if you're taking oneout, ask for extra napkins, you'll need them (partly from the food, mostly from drooling over othe taste!)
