Do they send it in the mail? Their food I mean, of course.

Got there as the lunch rush was winding down, so we didn't have to wait very long for a table. My husband had been looking forward to trying the captain crunch french toast, and he wasn't disappointed. It was delicious! The ham and eggs were good, and their biscuits were huge. My dad had the western omelette, which he enjoyed. One quibble- I ordered a side of sausage gravy, which was 2.95, and got less than a half a cup of gravy. Overall, we liked the place, but thought it was a little pricey. (Maybe because we're from the midwest.) We would go back if we get a chance, though. I especially liked the funky decor.

waited for a hour and it was well worth it! The capt crunch french toast will take your breath away! I wanted to marry that plate of food and have kids with it!!! its Sooo good you have to try it for yourself... Super small inside and I really wish they would use the upstairs too... but other than that perfect! oh and the homemade fresh squeezed orange juice is a must have!

Went there twice this weekend. Captain crunch French toast. Oh boy was it fantastic! Second day I had the biscuits And sausage gravy. Wonderful soft biscuits and the sausage gravy was good but could have used more sausage. I would definitely get it all over again! We got there about 7 am both mornings. By 8 am there was a wait. Get there early for a nice leisurely breakfast.

Visited Blue Moon today.  We usually hit DDD's places with the 3 kids in tow.  This one was a bit hard to accommodate the kiddos.  Tight spaces & long wait (cold).  Food was o.k.  Husband and I both had the Sweet Baby Jesus breakfast special.  I should have stuck to my old favorite of basic Eggs Benedict.  Eggs were poached perfect but hashbrowns were mushy and I didn't taste the hollandaise sauce at all.  The cheddar cheese just overpowered the dish.  My daughter who usually loves pancakes thought they were a little chewy. I was disappointed.  Maybe I should have tried the Captain Crunch french toast.

Captain Crunch french toast is amazing!  Managed to hit it during off hours and had no trouble getting a table- just a tip for future goers to avoid busy periods!

Went there today with my husband and 2.5 yr old.  The wait was pretty long, but worth it!  Had the french toast and it was delicious.  My husband had the huevos rancheros and they were tasty.  There were 2 waiters for maybe 8-10 tables, so the service was a bit slow, but the place is small and the food is made to order, so you can't blame them for that.  All in all, I would certianly go back.

This place rocks.  Food was incredible!  We had a variety including the Cap'n Crunch French toast, a cinnamon roll, a biscuit, a seafood omlet and one other item.  They were all incredible!  The food is well worth the wait!

EAT HERE!!  We went at 1:30pm and found an empty table right away.  The food is wonderful, and filling.  The Captian crunch french toast is a must try.  There was plenty of fresh fruit on top.  The staff helped us with other places to see in the area.  Just steps from John Hopkin's medical center.  We loved it.

The capt.crunch french toast was beyond words. The wait however to get in sucked. The irish bar around the corner is a good spot to wait it out and they serve excellent morning beer.Once inside the service was excellent despite the chaotic atmosphere.

OMGosh....!  Just got back from Baltimore. Thankfully, The BLUE MOON CAFE was a short walk from the Inner Harbor area where we were staying. YES! It is worth the trip...even if you have to take a taxi ride to get there! The Captain Crunch French Toast is wonderful & the prices are AWESOME! I couldn't come back to Oklahoma without one of their t-shirts & a lot of pictures of the outside and inside! Thanks Guy!!!!

We sort this place out during our recent visit to Baltimore and it is absolutely work the ride from anywhere! Everything is old school, homemade. The captain crunch french toast is like nothing you've ever had...delicious!!! But truely, it's the little things in life that make the biggest difference...like the toast that my ham and egg sandwich sat on. It was homemade, sliced just a little thicker than normal, grilled to prefection in butter so it had just the right crunch and soft insides. If a place can make you this excited about a piece of toast then I guess you can imagine the rest of the menu. It's a tiny place with just a few tables. Expect to wait for a long leisurely breakfast but it's worth every minute. I will most likely make a 3 hour trip to Baltimore sooner than later just to breakfast at the Blue Moon Cafe....well done!!!

best of the triple d's i have been to.  everybody raves about the captain crunch french toast which my daughter had and was incredible. but i wanted to comment on the chipped beef which i had over bisquits and cant wait to have again its amazing.  my son had b and g and they were good and my wife had the vegetarian scramble which was very good.  we must have got there at the right time because we only waited 3 minutes on a tuesday morning.  fabulous.

went there about a year ago on a road trip and can't wait to get back! no one at our table of three had the cap'n crunch french toast but all agreed the crab benedict was AMAZING.  and i don't use capitals lightly. (p.s. if the waitress asks if you'd like to try a cinnamon bun to start, say yes.)

You gotta go!!!  This place can't be missed.  So many exceptional choices that it is hard to recommend any one item.  Yes, the Cap'n Crunch Freench Toast is remarkable, but if you have others with you, order anything you want and one order for the table.  That way, you can say  you had it while enjoyning the other food at the Blue Moon.  PS: Be prepared to wait, but it is worth it!

My beau & I went there yesterday...IT WAS SOOOOO GOOD! we both shared Captain Crunch French Toast & lump crab meat omelet. the was was expected to be a hour and a half, but we only waited almost an hour & it was worth the wait. Can't wait to experience something else on their menu!

Cap'n Crunch French Toast was great - not as sweet as we expected.  You only need a little syrup to mop it up with... YUM!
