BBQ Bill had lunch on July 16, 2013 and the Fried pickles were the bomb. Great dipping sauce. Also had the Smoked Coconut Club and it was money. Thought I was eating bacon. Highly recommend it. They had plenty of beers on tap, but it was too hot to be driving around with a buzz. Great service.

This place was amazing- excellent service (from carrying my luggage as I entered the restaurant) to matching beers to my friends' liking- this place was great.  Fun and lively.  As a vegan- I found their classic club sandwich to be one of the best (seriously) sandwiches ever.  How do you smoke coconut to taste like bacon?? My friends enjoyed their meals as well and of course, the deep fried pickles were a hit.  We traveled four states to try this place and it did not disappoint!

Are ya crazy? Maybe you were with unlikeable company that colored your taste buds. This place is fabulous. Outside beer garden showing the Phillies game on the brick wall..how cool is that? and the food is high quality, the menu just the right mix of popular pub food and innovative new dishes. Love, love, loved the vegan club. Go back again and take someone with you that makes the food taste better for you.

Why was this place featured on the show? It's not a diner, drive-in, OR a dive.  The deep fried pickles are good but everything else on the menu is hit or miss.

A warm, welcoming atmosphere and delicious, creative vegetarian and vegan dishes (in addition to some local non-veg fare), fantastic, friendly staff - this is one of our favorite restaurants in the world. There's free street parking, too, so Philadlephians - there's no reason not to come here often. One bite of the Smoked Coconut Club during the week or the stunning brunch offering of fruit-filled vegan French toast will convince you that the Memphis Taproom is the go-to destination for vegans, vegetarians and their omnivorous pals. Great boutique beer selection, too.

Got to have the beer batter pickles. The menu changes seasonally and it's always good. Weekend brunch is not to be missed!
