Hopleaf Bar

I recently visited here and had the Grass-Fed Brisket with Pommes Frites. The frites were very good with the aioli dipping sauce but I was not impressed with the main dish. On the show, the chef prepared it with sour-dough bread but they've switched it to a light rye and I feel like that was a bad choice on their part. The brisket itself was pretty good but the temperature of the meat wasn't as high as I'd like it to be. But the rest of the sandwich just didn't do it for me, maybe it's just not my type of sandwich. Staff is very friendly and the beer selection is wonderful. 7.4/10
