24 Hour Brisket / The Big Chop...very good! I had the Red Beans & Rice and Chicken Creole for sides..although very tasty they were a bit lacking in quantity. The Mrs had the Cornbread and Spiced Apples as sides...very good as well. Great smoke flavor in the main courses!!
