| Awesome! I couldn't have been more pleased. The rolls were incredible, everything from the actual rolls to the sauce which was the icing on a great meal. | 3/28/2012 11:11:02 PM |
| chris blaj | i've been to about 20 DDD places over the last few years. this place completely lived up to my expectations and easily has the best food so far. we had a burger, the eggrolls, and the carbonara. everything was great. the place is tiny, parking can be a pain, and the wait can be pretty long, but
it is all well worth it. | 2/26/2012 9:27:17 PM |
| sven29 | This place was great the spring rolls and carbonara was awwesome. The portions are big enough to feed two people. My wife and I split the order and still had some left over. | 7/17/2011 2:23:34 PM |
| Tried the North End Cafe after seeing it on Triple D and was blown away by the quality and the awesomeness of the food. We try to get back as often as possible and try new things, but we always have to get a plate of the Kahlua Pork Egg Rolls, absolutely devine. If your anywhere near this place it is well worth checking out | 4/24/2011 10:17:27 PM |
| I just ate there, and they're known for their Trio of Dawgs (three unique hot dogs) and their Short Rib Po Boy. | 1/6/2011 11:38:32 PM |
| Catherine | My husband and I went tonight. You should definitely try the eggroll, or at least split one with a friend. The bread that the sandwiches come on is most excellent. Good brie there. | 12/26/2010 10:47:45 PM |
| Valerie | I went to North End Cafe because i had a business trip in the LAX area and remembered seeing North End on DDD. It was worth the extra time it took to drive to Manhattan Beach and not settle for other another restaurant before heading back to the airport. The egg rolls filled with meat were exceptional as well as the limeade/ginger ale concoction. I tried the short ribs and a garlic chicken dish. I also had the opportunity to try their desserts and would highly recommend this joint to all those visiting the Los Angeles area. One other thing to mention is that my food came out within 10 minutes of me ordering. Great service, food and staff. Can't wait to return on my next trip to the West Coast. | 10/2/2010 10:36:26 PM |
| The address on the webpage for North End Caffe states the address as "3521", not 3421? | 3/18/2010 11:20:20 AM |
