| The Sip and Bite is a must stop if you're in Baltimore. Right down by the Inner Harbor, the area is beautiful, and the Sip and Bite puts the charm in charm city. Sit down with friends and order their french toast with butter, syrup, and powdered sugar with bacon on the side, and you'll never want french toast anywhere else.
