The platter, of smoked meat.... Chicken was juicy, the brisket had an amazing smoke ring, pork ribs were falling off the bone, and I could go on and on, but you get the idea.... Service was exceptional. If you in Maui, it’s worth the drive And don’t forget about the local beer Hana Hefe brew on tap! 8/10!
