Bud's Louisiana Café, San Diego, California. My younger brother is a chef at this restaurant. I live in Detroit Michigan. Once or twice a year they bring live crawfish from Louisiana for a crawfish boil. This year I flew in for that. The restaurant is phenomenal. It seats only 60 and was filled to capacity until close on the night I went. It is one of San Deigo's best kept secrets. While I was there I had many of their delicious homemade appetizers and entrees. Some of my favorites were: Appetizers - Crawfish Boil, Softshell Crab, Oysters en Brouchette Entrees (I tried almost everything, and it was all delicious but a few things really stood out as meals you can only get here) - Pasta Jambalaya, Shrimp & Grits (I think is only a special on certain nights) and the Taste of New Orleans. This place is awesome, and my brother is very handsome and would do great on your show! Lauren
