Diners, Drive-ins and Dives Restaurant Updates — May 2026: What's New & What's Closed

Keeping up with every restaurant Guy Fieri has visited on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives is a full-time labor of love. Since fall 2025 we have processed four waves of updates to our database, adding 33 brand-new locations, removing one duplicate, and marking 31 restaurants as permanently closed. The result: our Diners, Drive-ins and Dives directory now stands at 1,627 active and archived locations with 1,327 open and 300 closed.

This is an update to both the FlavortownUSA website and mobile apps. All new locations, closures, and data refreshes are live right now on the site and in the latest version of the app. Make sure your app is up to date to see all 1,627 locations on the go.

November 2025 — Status Refresh (v6.1.0)

Our first update of the season was a pure status pass: no new additions, but we documented 13 permanent closures across Diners, Drive-ins and Dives so fans planning a Guy Fieri road trip won't show up to a locked door.

"We always hate marking a Diners, Drive-ins and Dives spot closed — it usually means a great family-owned place has called it a day. But accurate data beats false hope."
