North Bar was founded by Kyle Dismang and Eric Greer. The two worked together for three years at Garden Bistro. While Eric was experimenting in the kitchen , Kyle was running the front of the house improving procedures and efficiency. After they realized how well they worked together, they knew it was time to open a place of their own and thus, North Bar was born!
