Finn and Vickey are always delighted to chat with any customer who walks through their doors. They love to catch up with longtime customers as much as they like to acquaint new ones. If Vickey and Finn are not in the dining hall tending to their guests, it is certain they are just around the corner contributing to the cafe in their own unique ways. Such as when Finn prepares his weekly roast for the pyttipanna special, or when Vickey tends to the garden to collect fresh rosemary for the house vinaigrette.
