Growing up in a home, where cooking was essential to family life, I have always had an interest in food and the culinary arts. Wanting to seek a career as a Chef was something that my father was not supportive of. After a successful career as an Optometrist, I retired from practice in 2018 to fully dedicate my time to my true passion.
