    Personally, I don't see what the big deal is about this place. There was so much on the menu, but I felt so rushed ordering at the counter. The food was fair at best. I was unimpressed. I'm getting tired of being disappointed by Triple D places!

    I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Food is nothing short of AWESOME! Every time we are in the city, we eat at Tommy's Joynt for lunch!! Do not believe ANY bad comments on this page! Guy picked a fantastic place!! :)

    The people behind the counter didn't let us finish our order. The waitress took 20 minutes to get our drinks. My cooking is wayyyyyyyy better!

    I tried this place with a friend from out of town. He was stoked to go here because he heard of all the history with this joint. I have to say the food was okay; Harry's Haufbrau quality, which is to day it wasn't horrible nor even close to being great.

    My husband and son are meat lovers so this was their favorite place we ate in San Francisco.  Getting the meal was not a problem but getting a drink took some doing and don't look for more than one.

    This place was not really what I was expecting.  Price is pretty cheap food was ok.  Can say been there, but not really my kind of place.  Food was also pretty decent.

    This is the most disgusting restaurants I have ever been to.  It is a cool place to have a beer, but to eat anything would be a big mistake.

    My husband took me here for VD Day. This was the best BBQ beef sandwich i ever had. And the prices are right!  The potato salad and the cole slaw are OK. but the baked beans are the best we've had in a long time.

    This is a VERY casual dining experience with the BEST meats we have tasted.  Depending on what they are featuring, and they usually have 3-5 meat entrees, they meat is tender, lean, and flavorful.  The gravies and sauces they use are rich and flavorful.  The ultimate comfort food JOYNT!  Don't come here expecting steak and seafood!
