TravelingSalesman says I missed the Beef Tongue by a few hours. Served Saturday at 11:30, they ALWAYS run out before dinner. People line up for it. Had the Lamb Stew, a Basque classic. It was better than I ever tasted, stomp-yer-foots & cry good. Had to sop up every last drop of the juice with bread, 'cause it's too good to waste. Great local beers and a friendly joint. It has to be friendly, it's really small! I can not wait to get back here.
