hef and Owner Katherine Gonzalez was raised in Southern Arizona. Her mother’s family migrated from Chihuahua, Mexico and her father’s family from Spain. Growing up there was always a pot of beans cooking, fresh made flour tortillas, salsa and sopas fideo.
