    I got to try both featured items from the show: Braised Chashu Pork and the Beef Rib Ramen.  I started with the blueberry mojito as a drink and it was quite tasty.  Coated with powdered sugar and mint leaves, it was just the perfect balance of sweetness.  The whole place has a nice tropical vibe.  The Braised Chashu Pork bao bun was my favorite out of the two.  It gave an explosion of flavor with the sauce used as a sweet counterbalance to the meat and veggies.  The Beef Rib Ramen was also tasty but not my favorite.  It was massive and I couldn't finish it.  The ramen was good and there was quite a spicy kick to it.  The beef rib itself just had way too much fat on it.  The meat fell off the bone and was high quality but I was very surprised how much of it was unedible.  I would still definitely go back again and get a bunch of bao buns.  8.2/10
