• Ultimate Tri-Tip Dip. Tender Sous Vide Tri-Tip is thinly sliced and layered with caramelized onions, sauteed mushrooms and creamy havarti cheese on a fresh ciabatta bun. Served with a side of rich au jus.

• "The Big Sheesh". A Sandwich loaded with 1/2 LB. of braised beef (barbacoa), spicy pepper jack cheese, sauteed bell peppers and caramelized onions. Finished with zesty cilantro aioli, served on a fresh sourdough bun.
