Here are the dishes that Guy Fieri featured on the show
Arancini Classico. 2 Crisp fried Risotto balls filled with Sicilian Beef Ragu, Saffron Risotto, Mozzarella. Served with Sfera Marinara.
Roasted Chicken and Red Pepper Relish Sandwich. Slow Roasted Free Range Chicken Breast, Red Pepper-Almond Relish, Basil Pesto, Arugula, served on house-made Foccacia.
I had both dishes from the episode: Arancini Classico and the Roasted Chicken and Red Pepper Relish Sandwich. I've never had an arancini before, and it was fantastic with the marinara sauce. The cheese to ragu ratio was perfect, and this was my favorite dish. Then I had the Roasted Chicken and Red Pepper Relish Sandwich. It was decent but nothing exciting for me. Even when it was toasted and warm, it didn't do much for me. As a bonus, I got a normal mozzarella slice of Sicilian pizza. They suggested I pair it with truffle sauce and that is such an underrated sauce for pizza to go with. It was also great with marinara. 8.1/10
