• Carnitas Guerrero. Twice Cooked "Confit y la plancha" tender & crispy pork, pickled onion / habenero,arroz San Vicente, with beans & Tortilla.

• Mulita "Little Mule". A Tijuana Street Classic, super-charged quesadilla made between 2 6" corn tortillas stuffed with rajas, melted chihuahua cheese, seared cheese on the outside, crema & choice of meat. Guy had Barbacoa.
