I have seen your show several times, I live in North Carolina am of polish decent,went to Poland this past june had a wonderful time. i keep forgetting to write down the mixture of ingriedents for your Goulash. I have several Polish cook books and not one has your recipe;if possible may i have a list of Ingriedents to make my own.   Thank you

The food was wonderful.  The soup with pasta they bring out as a starter was fantastic.  The salad that follows was very nice.  Ate the pierogi and the golabki. Both were exceptional and so much food!!   The restaurant is small and inviting.  Kid friendly with books and colors and had a Thomas the train blowing smoke.  The folks are exceptionally nice.  We she asked where we from and told her Alabama, she said we must have seen her on DDD.  Cool....

Awesome restaurant! It is a very homey restaurant with friendly staff. I had never had Polish food before but it was excellent. The kotlet is my favorite but all of the food is good. I would pass on the pierogi but the nalesniki is a great treat.

HAVE BEEN TO POLKA SEVERAL TIMES  FOOD ALWAYS GREAT  TOMATO SOUP W PASTA WAS WONDERFUL.  DECOR IS A LITTLE OFF THE WALL BUT ADDS A FUN ELEMENT TO YOUR MEAL.

We went to Polka's and enjoyed the eclectic atmosphere and friendly welcome. Great cabbage soup to start us out and the dessert was incredible. Enjoyed our dining experience!
