Mulberry Italian Ristorante
Sean says Like the post says below, this place doesn't really fall under any Triple D category. It's a nice italian restaurant, with a warm atmosphere. My wife and I had the calamari, lasagna and chicken parm between us. The calamari had a great tasting, light batter and the seafood sauce was mild, and not over-powering. My wife doesn't usually eat calamari, but I had to fight her off down to the last piece. The chicken parm was really good, but it was the pasta sauce that stood out the most. I have italian friends who have given me homemade sauce and that's what this reminded me of. MMMMMM. The lasagna was the big hit with my wife. I enjoyed it too, but she guarded it with her life and I only managed a couple of bites. It's really meaty and has a great spicy flavour. The manager/owner (not sure) stopped by our table and made small talk. It was a great overall meal. My waistline is thankful that we don't live close (outside Toronto, Ontario), but this will be a staple anytime we're in the Buffalo area.
