I really hate that this placed closed. Luckily I was able to eat there twice before it did though and it was AMAZING!! Hopefully the owner will open up elsewhere.

Coming from a self proclaimed foodie.....GO and get the meatballs!!! Hands down the most delisious meat balls ever...all ground pork and I ask HOW do they get them to taste so good and so moist??

Excellent sandwiches, very little seating; We tried the porchetta cresentina and the porchino, the pickled fennel was great with the pork. Great place.

Went there for lunch after working a trade show at McCormick and was highly impressed with the food. There was very little space to stay and eat, so you might want to plan on carryout - but get extra, as it is so good...especially the lasagne!

Thanks, I went to the address and found Irazu's instead.  It was another 3D with great food and service.  Next week, we are going to 1303 S. Michigan to Panozzo's

Your address for Panozzo's Italian Market is wrong - it is not 1865 Milwaukee

I have lived across the street from this place for the past 2 years and IT IS AWESOME!  Their sandwiches are huge and so delectable.  Whenever I go I always get the large because its twice the size for only a couple more bucks.  Aside from the great sandwiches, its also a italian deli and grocery.  If you're a chicagoan or just visiting looking for a great place to eat, this is a great place to go!
