I strongly disagree with people who say this is bad I live close to it and the noble pig never gets old. If you don't like it then your a mad man! I recommend this to everyone.
I also left this sandwich shop disappointed. We ordered the The Noble Pig and also the PBLT. We switched a half of each one so we both could try two kinds, and thought that The Noble Pig was the worst of the two, but was barely able to choke down the PBLT. This place is just a bunch of hype. The two sandwiches plus two teas came close to $24.00. We left wishing we had went to a different place to eat. Will never recommend the place to anyone.

I will have to say that I left this cafe very dissapointed. On my visit I ordered the signature sandwich "The Noble Pig". Instead of the pulled pork, ham, & bacon complimenting each other, they just seemed to blend into a very bland flavor, and the bread ended up being the only thing I could actually taste. I was very disapointed and had wished I had eaten somewhere else. Probably need to try a different sandwich before giving them a full thumbs down, but right now I can't recomend this establishment to anyone.
