Pan-seared then steamed & served with Creole soy dipping sauce. - Red Beans & Rice. Plump red beans with chunks of ham in a rich & spicy gravy served over brown rice. - They also offer a DDD Sampler with all 3 of these items.

Ate here while on a business trip this past December. The food was great, the service was great, and I would reccommend it to anyone.

The barbecue spaghetti was heavenly!!!!!!!!!!! Ate until I was sick, then ate some more! SSSSSOOOOOOOOOO GOOD! I'm back in Wisconsin now and am craving it like crazy!!!!!!!!

We ate here a few years ago while on a baseball road trip. Proof that your best bet is to ask the locals to recommend a good place to eat--this place was hands down the best place I have ever eaten. I have been wanting to do another road trip--forget the Cardinals, I'll drive just to eat here!!
