    The moist brisket is incredible and the chipotle sausages are perfect.  Best time to go is before 12 or after 1:15. The pit with real wood fire equals hot inside or or gas cooker with a/c.  Give me the wood flavor barbecue. The bbq sauce is perfect for the hot sausage. The best brisket ever.

    They might have good food but don't go in July. We waited in line 45 min. sweating (no air conditioning). We left without eating. Everytime they opened the smoker, which is indoors, it was like a furnace blast. I can't believe we waited as long as we did before leaving. No food is worth waiting in 110 degree Texas heat in a building with a smoker making it about 140 degrees indoors.

    This place is incredible.  Its not fancy and there isn't any air conditioning, but their backbone is the food they serve.  We ate like kings.  I love meat, and here you can get all the meat you want.  Their brisket is fantastic, and we had a brisket stuffed baked potato that was huge, and was a great "side" dish to meat. I highly recommend that you check it out.

    A buddy took me there, told me it was on DDD.  The day before I was in the Austin area and ate at Rudy"s, also known for bbq.  Rudy's was definitely better.  Try the extra-moist brisket.  Louie's was okay but since it was on DDD I was expecting to be blown away.  Better food at Rudy's and far more entertaining as well,
