- Posted by sdnsg1I worked their with Bob & Carrol along with his two girls Way back in the mid 70's when he only had one cheese vat. and the two of us made all the verity of cheeses the cheese factory produced. Between Bob & myself, we won two national awards for Loleta's Cheddar & Jack Cheese. It's been so long ago and a lot of milk has passed threw the plant I've forgotten what year it was. How ever I'm sure if you would ask Bob or Carrol either one could tell you. I can tell you how ever it was a very proud time for all of us at Loleta Cheese. I still remember those days working at Loleta Cheese & Bob very fondly. It was one of the few jobs I really enjoyed, Bob was a great Boss to work for. Steven Dale 06/28/2014@18:27
