- Posted by unclealanFits Triple D two ways... Diner food with an asian spin, and it sits in a kinda "dive-y" casino just off the strip. I had exactly what guy had... The pork belly banh mi and the prime rib grilled cheese. The bun for the bao was perfect, and the pork was tender, and the sauce was kinda like a teriyaki sauce, but a bit different, too. The short rib was so tender, it reminded me of a pot roast made with short rib. And that onion jam, OMG! Not to mention the 3 different cheeses they used. Definitely worth the trip.
