[email protected]~~~hoo.com Thursday, January 08, 2009 We stopped in at Panini Pete's on our way to New Orleans, and both my wife and I loved it. It's got a great atmosphere with plenty of nice seating choices (it's seat yourself, so you may have to stake out your favorite spot a while before you can get it; or take first available like we did!). We sat inside next to the kitchen, and were greeted by Pete as we walked in. The treated us like we were royalty, very friendly. My wife ordered the Roast beef which she enjoyed, I tasted it myself, and it was very juicy and delicious. I had a 'Mufalatta' Panini with olive salad, Italian meats and swiss cheese. I loved it. The meats were very fresh and the combination of flavors was a very good match. I devoured the whole thing in about 10 minutes (not recommended). We'll definitely be back in July, and recommend this one to all.
