I would like to comment on the excellent catfish I had the other evening. I picked the café as a reward to myself after a difficult and trying work project where I encountered nonpayment of wages.The ambiance of the little café, the warmth of the staff, and the delectable catfish made the problems of this project completely vanish.The fillet was so light and sweet it tasted as though fried in air!
