Crab Omlete is my fave. Go here weekly, but very crowded on weekends after 8 am. You have been warned!

Wonderful atmosphere, great food! Can't go wrong eating here!

This place is VERY crowded if you don't get there early. We had captains mess and chicken fried steak and both were great. You are not gonna get blown away from alot of places in Los Angeles because of the saturation of places to eat everywhere. Baby Blue's in Venice is next and I can not wait to try the Guiness baked brisket. Yeah you read right.

Beautiful area. The food is below average.

Mediocre food, but outstanding outdoor eating area, and great schooners for beer. Definitely classic diner "feel" - will go again just for the ambiance.

We got there early in the morning, so there wasn't a wait. The food was way to greasy and it was not that great.

Overhyped! We waited a couple of hours to be seated and found that the food was not worth the wait.

We went for breakfast. Get their early or pepare for a wait! The atmosphere is lovely staring out over the bay. Food is delicious! Good buttermilk pancakes!

I am looking for a nice place to visit for my anniversary. I am staying in Palm Springs but will be visiting the LA area. Anyone have any ideas for both locations? My wife is celebrating her birthday on the 23 and our anniversary is on the 20.
