We love the speculation! Zoe & Mia are owner Barts twin six-year old daughters AKA Zobo & Meester. Adorable, right? Bart has been wowing friends and family with his culinary prowess for years but having twin daughters was the ultimate catalyst. As a foodie and local, he saw a need in Palm Springs and Cathedral City for the fresh, "from scratch" food Bart perfected in preparing meals for his girls. As a parent, he wanted to show the girls that with dedication and hard work you can achieve your dreams.
