Guy visited a place somewhere in the NE that had an amazing seafood stew recipe that I want to try and recreate. I can't remember the name of the place but remember some parts of the recipe. It had clams, mussels, squid, shrimp and, I think, achiote oil, coconut milk, edamame, rice with what I think was a green onion purée. I think I remember Guy giving e chef a hard time for only being open 5 or 6 months out of the year. Anyone remember this episode. What was the name of the place?
