Last summer we took our grandsons to Italy.One of the boys decided he was only going to order Spaghetti Carbonara. Sometimes it was extremely creamy other times it seemed bone dry. You recently had a show where the chef added the yolks last, and put the cheese on top when it was ready to serve, not mixed in with the eggs? Can you tell me what episode that was? My husband saw it and he can't cook water so his description leaves a lot to the imagination. Help Please
