Looking for the name of a barbecue restaurant in Memphis, TN
I'm looking for the name of a barbecue restaurant in Memphis that has been in business for years and some of the employees have been working there for 30 years or so. I saw it on guy's program but forgot the name of it. they claim to have the best ribs, of course they all do but this one seemed to interest me because of the employees working there so long. if you know the name of it I would appreciate your letting me know. thank you for your help.

That would be Charlie Vergo's Rendezvous. Hands down the best BB-Q and dry ribs I have ever had. Simply the best. You can even order on-line and they will ship. Expensive but worth it!
Not sure of the Triple D, but Rendezvous is great if you like a dry rub. Corey's, Leonard's are also great. Memphis does BBQ right,
