Firefly Cafe in Townsend, TN
My wife and I stumbled on Firefly Cafe on our way into the Smoky Mountains. Firefly Cafe is located in Townsend, TN. The decorations are unique and beautiful. There was enjoyed a delicious homemade cinnamon roll. I've ate so many of these in my life and none compared to this one. It is bigger and wider than a softball, the taste is out of this world. The lunch menu is also different. They feature a famous firefly pie. The firefly chicken sandwich is cooked in white wine with mushrooms and bacon, with swiss, served on pannini bread.
