There is this amazing place in Clifton, NJ called The Hot Grill! They deep fry the hot dogs and have this amzing chili that goes on top. They also have hamburgers and roast beef sandwiches with gravy.Everything just goes together perfectly! And the originals that work there do a great job taking orders, calling them back, and giving them to the right people. Without pen, paper, or computer systems! They know exactly how much to charge with just their memory! I'm visiting family up here this week and have had Hot Grill 4 times this week!

I think that Guy should visit The Hot Grill because it is the exact type of restaurant that he’s looking for. It is a local legend, never changed, and has great food that you could not get anywhere else on earth. The foods that they are known for are “Texas Weiners” which are hot dos with onions, mustard and their own chili sauce. Another food that they are known for are their gravy fries, which are simple, but so good. I hope that you decide to go to The Hot Grill and love it. Thank you for reading.

I grew up two doors away from the best hot dog joint in the world. And then I moved to Maine......and now I can't have my Hot Grill Hot Dogs All the Way with A Cheeseburger all the way and chili fries. This place is so cool ... you're not allowed to stand in line to order your hot dogs, you must go up to the counter and just try to squeeze in to order. The Food is Fabulous, their chili sauce is out of this world and just to listen to the folks behind the counter shouting out your order to the cooks is close to a nomination for an academy award!!! ( one frency, one....2 all the way two ) and they do it with such drama. And the prices!!!! Hot Dog $2.45....Hamburger $2.30...Fries $2.35 Amazing.
