Eklektik Restaurant - Salt Lake City, UT Guy, I travel all around the U.S. and the world. I’ve been a fan of yours and your show, DDD, since it’s early years. I have your app and usually plan vacations in the U.S. with one of your favorite joints in mind. I live in Miami and appreciate your local recommendations for Florida. I visited this funky place, Eklektik, when in Salt Lake a month ago (June 2018). I thought of you as soon as I walked in because it had your name written all over it. It’s located in Downtown Salt Lake City. Its decor, ambiance, service, ownership and amazing food was outstanding. Mama’s Chicken Soup was a great starter, but I’ll let you decide what you think is best. I hope you get a chance to visit the next time you are recording in that area.
