Belair’s Bistro in Belpre, Ohio My sister has worked hard to make her dream come true by opening this restaurant almost a year ago. My favorite is shrimp tortellini with Alfredo sauce, my husbands is a toss up between her buffalo chicken wrap or her crab cakes.
