Snuzzles in Mertztown, PA
I have 2 suggestions within 15 min of each other-----both are known mostly through word-of-mouth:Snuzzles outside Kutztown, I guess it might be a New Jerusalem or Fleetwood address--not sure.Letterman's on Main St in Kutztown.Snuzzles has crazy sandwich combinations and they are known for their stromboli and pizza. The ambiance is way cool--wood and stone and BIG cushy bar chairs at the bar (I always sit at the bar).Lettermans is the most insane breakfast place EVER. Their combinations are one of a kind, for real. And it is super intimate. And Doug--the owner/chef makes his own hot sauce, that is f-ing incredible.

Family owned, and operated, for 41 years. Staple of local community and local businesses. Great homemade pizza's, sandwiches and cocktails.
