    Quebedeaux's Boudin and Cracklins

    Owned by Executive Chef John Valenzuela, he is the creator of the Original Boudin King Cake, the King Cake is the signature cake of Louisiana. Chef John created a King Cake stuffed with boudin and covered in a sugary glaze with crunchy pork cracklins. The other signature dish he has created in the Voodoo Mambo, a pasta made with a cream sauce, Cajun seasonings, smoked sausage, shrimp and smoked tasso. They also make their boudin in house and their boudin balls, some filled with pepper jack cheese and others with cream chesse/jalapeno. All of his food is cooked in house and the meats he uses are fresh and never frozen. We suggest this place for the fun atmosphere, Cajun music blaring on the speakers and the original dishes you can find on the menu. Please consider this one of your stops! You will not be disappointed. Chef John was trained by the famous Paul Prudhomme.
