They have a fried poblano Mac and cheese bite that was easily the best thing I had the week I was there. The Chorizo chili dog was amazing and once you try their house made ketchup you're going to want to figure out how to talk them in to bottling it and invest. As you would put it 'I'd eat my shoe if it were covered in it'. Brock
