I’m the new East Bank District in Bossier, La, Beauxjax Crafthouse offers an array of local beer and awesome poboys. They started off as a food truck that came to my neighborhood and the first time I tried the bourbon street chicken poboy, I fell in love! It’s probably the best poboy I’ve ever tasted! Please come check out Beaux and Peanut (the guys that started all of this). They are so deserving!!!
