My name is Blanca Federico I love your show all them amazing places you have been awesome. I'm in a small town in New Mexico there's a few places here that are amazing. But there's one that deserve to be on your show and on the map. The owner is Emily but she goes by Mama E her food is amazing delicious mouth watering all of the above. The portion and taste is on points amazing I'm telling you delicious. Her food is just great but her heart is of gold biggest heart ever. She has giving away many many many many plates for free to people who we're in need and just to give away. This woman is amazing she is even giving out Thanksgiving plates to people in need or people who have no one families who couldnt afford a Thanksgiving. I'm telling g you Mama E is amazing her food is cooked with love and straight from the heart. I really hope you consider coming down to Hobbs nm and trying some of Mama Es amazing food. You have got to come to Hobbs NM and taste the food at Mama E’s food truck! It is absolutely amazing and filling! Mama E (Emily Dominguez) is all about serving good food! She has always been about feeding people! She doesn’t skip out on the portions either these plates are FAT! She makes it all from her red beef enchilada dinners, smothered chicken and pork chops, to ceviche, smothered burritos and deep fried tacos Mama E’s is the place to be! She not only likes to feed our community she also is a giver! She is coming up on her one year anniversary of her food truck being opened and is celebrating by throwing a big bash for the community! She is giving away bikes for underprivileged kids, giving away 200 snack baskets to children, feeding over 300 people, and lots more! This has always been her heart and she is known for giving back! You coming and seeing for yourself would not be something you would regret!
