    The Gallery is a small restaurant in Lake Forest, Illinois.  The concept is an Art Gallery and restaurant- where the menu changes with the artwork on display. One of the most interesting elements of the kitchen is that it is ENTIRELY ELECTRIC. no gas whatsoever!
