Morrison’s is a local, family owned food truck that specializes in home made fried pies. They have all sorts of fillings: fruit, chocolate, cheesecake, even some meat and breakfast pies. The recipe they use is very old, and the pie press is an antique. The owners, Edgar and Theresa, rise every morning before the crack of dawn to prepare dozens of pies for the day. Their enthusiasm is inspiring, and their pies are delicious! If you’re ever in the Hot Springs area, Morrison’s is worth a stop!
