Mill River Brewing BBQ & Smokehouse in Saint Albans, VT
The restaurant is located in St. Albans, VT. It was a 5 bay carwash that has been converted into a brewery and full service BBQ & Smokehouse restaurant. The interior is made of beautiful, massive wood beams and the bar is cement inlaid with stones hand picked from the Mill River by the owner and her Mother-in-Law. The beer is fantastic but the BBQ is the BEST you will find North of the Red River in Texas. I can say this because I grew up in Southwest Texas. It is Texas style in the sense that it requires no sauce (although available and homemade) but there are fun things to try like the Brisket Gyro and the Brisket Philly. The spinach artichoke fritters and Cuban eggrolls are amazing...but hey...don't forget the beer. Come to this 'off the beaten path' area of Vermont and you will not be disappointed!!

You won't be disappointed.
Mill River Brewing BBQ and Smokehouse Brisket, brisket, and more brisket! This isn’t just the best BBQ in Vermont, but in the whole Northeast. Brisket gyro, brisket philly, brisket Shepherds Pie with loaded mashed potatoes and smoked corn. Ridiculous! Not to mention the delicious brews that pair perfectly with the food. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem!
Mill River Brewing BBQ and Smokehouse Small friendly family ambiance. Majority of the beers are up my alley. Small local liquor bar. Love the Smugglers Notch Vodka. Food to check out is the burnt end mac and cheese. I am not much of a cornbread guy but get two pieces of theirs every time I go. Summer time music outside under the tents Makes for a nice Fri. night chill out.

Mill River Brewing BBQ & Smokehouse By far my favorite place to go for consistently great BBQ and an awesome selection of their own craft beers. The owners are amazing people to deal with as well. A must see little gem.
Mill River Brewing BBQ & Smokehouse in Saint Albans City, US This place has the BEST BBQ in Vermont! Their sauces are homemade and so delicious! They take the maple industry Vermont is famous for and integrate it into their menu. Can you say maple cornbread!?!?!!? Yum!!!
